First rehearsal note 11/03/2019

Hi kids!

Great start yesterday! My thanks to the veteran players that came in to support our new folks! It was really fun!

Next week will be a blast! More games and improv and by Sunday we will all have our characters and names. Things really get moving now!

In order to improve communication I will be using my Dickensstaff@gmail address. Please add this address to your contacts. Every email should contain DCS 2019 in the subject line along with whatever topic you choose. This is how I filter my mail so I will be sure to get your note. Also, please hit reply and write "Got it" so I can see who is not getting it. :)Remember to send all scheduling conflicts to both Brett bn@rochester.rr.com and me. Brett is the Managing Secretary and handles the paperwork.

You may bring your lunch or go into town to purchase something. Please be respectful of our space. We are guests in the church and must always leave it cleaner than we find it. I‘m not kidding.

Rehearsal is scheduled until 5:00pm. There will be days you will be released at 4:00pm. We will always try to to keep parents up to date for pickup times. Parents please be on time for pick up. We will not leave any child unattended so that means one of us will wait and we all have things to do.

Please take the time to read these notes. Most of your questions will be answered and there may be an attachment at the very bottom!
