Director Note 11/10

 Hi kids!,

Hope everyone had a great week! Here are some thoughts for tomorrow. 

Rehearsal starts at 12:30pm and ends at 5:00pm. Please dress warmly, it’s going to be a chilly day. 

We will start the costuming process so we will be taking groups of you to the green room where Tracey Greene and Kristen will be fitting you in costumes. Tracey is fine, but her knee is still painful and she needs to move slowly. It will be really important for you all to be patient and listen to what she tells you! 

Don’t forget your homework!  Bring an interesting bit of Victorian info to share. It’s fun and we need to get our minds set to life in 1842. 

Our Associate Artistic Director, John "Ebenezer Scrooge" Decker will be joining us  after a busy morning promoting the festival at the Junior League Holiday Shoppes. It will be so good to see him! 

Speaking of promos, we have been invited to visit Bridge Street, a morning tv chat show on Channel 9, on Wednesday November 22. We need some carolers to be at the studio at 8:45am to record a few carols for the show. You will be done by 9:30 and then you can resume your day. If you are available and interested please let Victoria know. We would also like a few carolers to sing at the Kick off party on Tuesday evening November 21 at 5:00pm. The party is at the Sinclair in Skaneateles. Again, if you are available and interested please let Victoria know! 

Please bring your signed forms if you have any. Anyone 17 or under needs to have their parents sign permission slips for riding with different folks etc. Those all go to Brett. Remember to sign in when you get there! Please don’t just leave rehearsal or the show with out letting a staff person know your ride is there! Your safety and well being is our top priority!

Remember, we are concerned about colds, flu and covid! If you don’t feel well please stay home! We are  mask friendly so anyone with health concerns is free to mask up! Also, we encourage you all to get your covid and flu shots! For the health of the company!
