Boy I’m full…of thanks and gratitude!
Hope you are all having a wonderful Thanksgiving! Tomorrow is opening day and I am so excited I just can’t help it!
The call is 11:00am. Earlier for make up.Please dress appropriately for the weather! We may get a little wet tomorrow so bring extra socks etc!
The Queen will not be joining us this weekend but she will be with us in spirit! I’m confident Addie will represent the royal family just fine!
We will have our little parade line up in the parking lot at 11:45! The finishing school Girls will lead us off carrying the banner, Mark Re, our Grand Marshal, and I will be walking behind the banner, Fire truck, then the Packwoods, McLoughlins and Sewards walking, then Brett and our Float carrying the Bright Friday Brass, then Cratchits walking, Then the horse drawn wagon with Father Christmas, Lady Mariah, Princess Vicki and Scrooge followed up lastly by the Pickpockets! Mayor Fezziwig and Washington Irving and Jackson Smith and anyone not in the parade will be at the Hannum house to greet the parade. We will adjust this lineup as needed tomorrow.
When we arrive, Washington Irving will intro the Mark Re (ray) the grand Marshall who will say a few words, then back to Washington Irving who presents the Princess, Lady Mariah, Dickens Scrooge, Mayor for events, only 30 more shopping days, Princess “I wish to go shopping for Mama’s Christmas present, Mayor says “Well lets go Shopping! We wish you exit.
We may need to adjust folks around depending on who is not there. This will happen during the morning notes at 11:30.
Victoria has sent you all the Revels set list. Please note the order of introductions so you can all be ready! I’ll make sure it is on the blog spot as well.
I am forwarding the Auburn Holiday Parade email so you can all be prepared for Saturday night!
If you need to call in sick please call or text my phone, 607-423-1477. Do not email me in the morning on a show day unless you can do it by 8:00am. After that I won’t be looking at email till the evening. All you need to tell me is you can’t make it in. I love you all but I’m busy with things so I will just trust that you have a good reason to call in. Don’t feel the need to explain the details. I believe you.
