Things are gearing up! I have emailed contracts to those who get them so if you expected a contract and did not get one please let me know.
The most pressing thing is our first event and it’s right around the corner! We will be participating in the Make - A - Wish CNY / Macey’s Believe kick off at DestiNY USA on Friday, November 3! we will meet at the mall at 4:30 to begin our caroling stroll at 4:45. We meet up with two other caroling groups in front of Macey's and sing together to begin the ceremony. I will have more specific details next week.
If you want to and are available for this, Tracey and I will have costumes in the green room at 5:30pm on THURSDAY NOV 2. Please note it’s THURSDAY, not Wednesday as I previously thought. We will be there till 7:30pm. If you need to make a special arrangement outside of those hours let me know.
I am also sending another email with the music we are sharing with the other groups (Thanks Kristin!) so we all have the same arrangements. Please make sure to look at them! If the email is too large they will be posted on the blog site Dickens Cast Central. http://dickenscastcentral.blogspot.com/
The first rehearsal is Saturday, Nov 4! Please bring your paperwork for Brett! It is vital that anyone 16 years old or younger has the consent forms signed by your parent. I know some of you are performing in the school play that weekend (Tracey and I went last Friday night because I didn’t read the date. Learn from my mistake! Read these emails carefully!) so just get the forms to us the following weekend. And break a leg!
Remember to send all scheduling conflicts to both Brett bn(at)rochester(dot)rr(dot)com and me. Brett is the Managing Secretary and handles the paperwork!
Rehearsal is scheduled until 5:00pm. You will be released at 4:00pm unless you are in a scenario that requires the extra hour. Saturday, Nov 4 everyone will be released at 4:00pm. Please make sure your ride knows to be there at 4:00pm!
