Director Note 11/25 Opening Day!

Hi Kids!

We are open! Whew. I am so happy with you all! 

Here are a few notes.

We are going to make the caroling groups smaller. This may entail some cross over of social classes, but we are in America and this can happen. Kristen has a huge challenge putting groups together that include some experienced, confident singers to help the newer singers get comfortable with it, as well as spreading out the younger kids with the older kids.  We need to have more music on the streets and this is the best way to do it. 

Please remember that the caroling group schedule is to make sure our better sponsors get some reward for their efforts. We all still need to to sing carols all over town! Spread out and remember we have a job to do and are not here to hang out with each other. Play with the audience!

Please pay attention to the time so when you are scheduled, you are where you need to be.

Please try to make it to the green room on time. Especially those characters who need make up. Eileen has a lot to do, and we don’t want anyone to be late!

Great job dance lesson folks! We will try to find more spaces for it!

There are parking permits in  the green room next to the sign in sheets! These do not allow you to park in a metered spot, they identify your cars where we park behind the green room.

Only cast members and parents are allowed in the green room. No friends or guests without specific permission!

We are participating in the Auburn Christmas Parade on Saturday night! This is not mandatory but it is a great deal of fun! Park behind Wegman's and walk to the lineup space. The parade ends by the back of Wegman’s! The parade steps off at 6:00pm. Line up starts at 5:00pm. Please remember there are no public restrooms from the time we line up until we finish. Think ahead! We are space number 21!
