Directors Notes 12/1

Wow! What a great opening weekend! Everyone is doing great and I love the energy I saw this first weekend. Keep it up! Remember to elevate our guests,  yourself, each other and the show! Big positivity is what we are all about!

Here are some things for this coming weekend:

Friday evening is Skaneateles Sings! This is a lovely hometown event. The call is 5:30 and we start at 6:00pm. The Creche by the library is dedicated by one of the church Ministers in town, then we have a candle light procession caroling down to the gazebo and we light the tree with the girl scouts singing a carol! Father Christmas heads to the Methodist church. The shops stay open till 8:00pm and the girl scouts serve complimentary refreshments and the puppeteers do their show at the United Methodist Church at 7:00pm! It is not mandatory but if you can make it please do. It is a lovely night!

Saturday the Queen and Charles Dickens will not be present at the opening. I would like John to run through the opening with the crew, including Bridget!

Saturday we are facilitating a proposal during the Mid-day Revels! The ring will be attached to the silver teasel!

Saturday evening we are all invited to the Lee’s house for Byron’s Chili Dinner! It is a lovely way to socialize with each other over a bowl of Christmas chili in the Lee’s lovely home! Directions and info are in the green room!

Saturday and Sunday my friend Staar will be performing with us as Noel the Christmas Faerie. She is awesome, play with her!

Sunday between 2:30 and 4:00pm we will be sending some carolers to the Athenaeum for their annual Dickens Tea. They particularly asked for Byron as he volunteers there every month, Well done Byron!
