Dickens Christmas 12 director notes 11/21

Hi Kids!

Whew, I've been busy! What an awesome rehearsal!! I want you all to know how proud I am of you for the hard work and great attitudes you've shown through the rehearsal process! Well done!

There are some changes for the green room. We will now be using the third floor! You may use the elevator if you must. The main door we will use, on Genessee Street, is actually the second floor so we go up one flight of stairs to change and break. No one is to go down to the first (basement) floor. It is a construction zone and not safe.

I would like the President, Queen, Albert, Maestro, Sheriff, Packwoods, Fezzis, Cratchits, Imponderables, Snooks, Finishing School, and Sweeps to all be in The Worlds Smallest Christmas parade. Everyone else should be down by the Sherwood to cheer and watch the parade. This may be adjusted Friday morning. If you are in the parade you must be at the Old Fire House (where e park) at 11:45. This means we will gather for notes in the green room at 11:25. This means if you need to get there early on Friday due to costuming issues or what have you please do!

We will be appearing on WESH Channel 3 with Lisa Spitz Friday morning! We need to be there at 5:30am! The good news is we can all meet for breakfast at Johnny Angels before work! Please confirm if you are going so I can let the tv station know how many to expect. We will sing a couple of carols. This is a great promotion with great timing! We need to be in the parking lot all together by 5:30 so they can let us in at one time.

The Auburn Christmas Parade is Saturday night! The parade will assemble on East Genesee Street starting at the N. Fulton Street intersection on the north side of the street, and continue along East Genesee Street going towards Hoopes Park.The parade kicks off at 6:00 so use the bathroom and get to our spot, #21, at 5:30. We park in the municipal lot across the street from the rear of Wegmans. Here is the contact info for the parade:

We need some carolers at the Wegmans before the parade. Eileen Parkman will coordinate this.
