Director Notes 11/23

Hi Kids!
I just wanted to give a few reminders for opening day!

There will be a sign in sheet in the green room. Please sign in.
Remember the green room is tiny! Keep your stuff together and neat and don't bring valuables! It looks like the weather is going to be perfect! It maybe breezy. Wear LAYERS!

We need to be ready and up at the police station, next to Tops, by ten minutes of twelve! The worlds smallest parade must start on time. We will arrange ourselves when we are there. We will place a few of you at the Sherwood House to welcome the arrival of the parade. Remember it's not the steps of the Sherwood Inn but the porch of the Sherwood House around the corner.

The Revels start at 2:00! Kristen will have that set list and who is leading posted in the green room when you get there.

Our day is until 4:00pm. At 4:00pm return to the green room and change back to your street clothes. Hang your costumes back in the proper place. Make sure all your stuff is in your little box and that you haven't left your socks on the floor! Remember, if Tracey is happy I am happy, so keep Tracey happy!

There is an early 10:00am rehearsal call for the Dickens Carolers. The cast call is 11:00am. We will have a few notes at 11:30, then head up to the parade start at 11:40.

Most importantly, have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING! You have all earned it and will have a chance to burn off all those calories spreading the joy of the season and the magic that is Dickens all around the town!
