Director Notes 11/21

Woo Hoo!
What a great feeling to come home and go to rehearsal and be so pleased with everyone! The family groups feel solid, the music was uplifting and the place was spotless when you left. Great job!

Tomorrow we meet at the green room at noon dressed as though we were putting on our costumes. Please wear the shoes you intend to wear and bring the gloves you intend to wear for performance. We will not be putting on our costumes, so if you normally arrive in costume you may just wear street clothes. We will be doing some walking!

Please park over at the old firehouse lot, same as last year and walk to the green room. You will have a chance to move your car to the church after lunch break. If you are being dropped off and picked up, get dropped off at the green room and get picked up at the church!

From the green room we will block the parade float, block the opening at the Sherwood, block the revels at the gazebo and block the first Stave at M&T bank. We will then break for lunch and regroup in the Great room downstairs at the church. There is a service at the church so we will steer clear of the sanctuary and lobby area.

Oh I'm just so excited to get started!
