Director Note pm 11/18

Hi Kids!,

Tomorrow we will meet in the green room, Village Garage Bays, behind the Village Hall, 26 Fennell St. Skaneateles, NY 13152, from 12:00noon - 4:00pm. You can park around the back and in the spaces marked Village Employee Only. I will get you the dashboard signs by January first! 

If you have a chair to bring to the green room please do. There are not many chairs in there! Also, the acoustics are not optimal so we need to watch our volume.

We will rehearse the opening ceremony, stage the line up for the Worlds Smallest Christmas Parade and do some more character work and brainstorm lazzi. We will also sing through the Friday Revels set list with Patrick directing.

We will talk through lots of the operational nuts and bolts so many of your questions will be answered!

Please wear the appropriate base clothes so you can put costumes on. Tomorrow is the day to check and correct any costuming issues. We all share the room and need to respect each other’s space.

Again, I am just so proud of you and the work we do together to bring so much joy to so many people. Believe me when I say you really don’t know just how much you affect folks with your smiles and kindness. 

Get some rest and I’ll see you all tomorrow!
