Director Note 11/24 Caroling Groups, Revels set list

 Hi kids!

Well we are so ready! This is a long note! Important info is here so please look the whole thing over! I have made the address list visible so when you “reply", don’t "reply all" unless you need to share with the whole cast!

Remember the code word  “Frankly” as a means of communicating actor to actor. Also know that it’s important we don’t bunch up and talk just to each other. Keep spread out and always speak to include our guests! If you hear me say “Diversify!” that means spread out! It’s a way for me to remind you to include the audience!

Remember the rule of three! You are not tethered to your adult all day but you must stay in at least a group of three. No snowball fights!

Here are your caroling groups, schedule and Revels set list! When you are scheduled to sing in front of a specific sponsor, pease sing no more than three songs! We need to be mindful of creating congestion on the sidewalks and large groups of people too close together. As always, remember to stay flexible! The groups and schedules can change every day depending on who is here and who isn’t! Also, this does not mean you must stay together all day!

Here is the info for the Auburn Holiday Parade on Saturday, November 27. We are #20 in the lineup. We park in the lot behind Wegmans and walk to the line up on Genesee street so we end up near the car. Parents, we need to see you get your child so please meet us at the parade end and say hello! This is a really fun parade and we hope to see you there!

This annual event is a great time for family & friends to be creative & have fun.
Here are details & instructions for parade participants:

WHERE: The parade will assemble on E. Genesee Street starting at the N. Fulton Street intersection on the north side of the street, and continue east along E. Genesee Street. The side streets will not be utilized, and many will be closed to traffic after 5:30PM. Seward Avenue will remain open, so please use this cross street for side access to Genesee Street.

WHEN: Line-up is between 5  5:45PM, and the parade starts @ 6PM.

Now your homework is this: spend time with your family. Love each other and be filled with the light of gratitude! Eat lot’s of food and practice kindness till you get it right!

I love all of you and am eternally grateful for our times together!
Happy Thanksgiving.
Jim
