Director Notes 11-19-2015

Hi Kids!

Well I’m finally home and looking forward to this weekends final rehearsals! I’m very pleased with all I’ve heard and I just can’t wait to meet your wonderful characters!

I want to thank John, Eileen, Jason, Wendy, Clarence and Blythe for the Women’s Junior League last Friday! Promotional appearances are so important! Remember we have the Auburn Christmas Parade on Saturday, Nov 28 after the show! 

Brett has put together a fun cast activity for Sat night following rehearsal. We will watch the Alistair Sims version of A Christmas Carol. Maybe another one as well! We can bring in some food and enjoy ourselves! Remember to help clean up when we’re done! We are guests.

Sunday we will be going over the nuts and bolts of the show. Reviewing our policies for behavior, as well as walking around the village blocking the parade, opening ceremony and the midday revels. Please dress accordingly! I’m not sure what the will be but the weatherman thinks it will be cold! The high is only 42! That means layers, good socks and gloves! We will be walking around outside for a while! I’m not kidding!!!
