Week 2 Music 2014

Hello Everyone. I hope your week is going well. I have a few notes to share along with the revels set list and your caroling assignments:

1) If you are introducing a song at Revels, please really shout at the top of your lungs. I know- that sounds bad coming from a singer- but you say such lovely things and no one past the first few rows can hear you if you don't really project over the wind and outdoor festival noises.
2) If you know songs that are not in the Dickens Festival Carol Book that we learn in rehearsals, that is fine with me as long as you run them by me so I can check if they are appropriate. However, please do NOT perform them during your assigned caroling time unless all of the members of your group know the song. It looks awkward to have half a caroling group just standing there twiddling their thumbs while the other half is singing.
