Director Notes 12/12

Hi kids!

Boy, Sunday was a fabulous day indeed! Let’s hope for more of those bright blue sky no wind days! Woo hoo!

Great job everyone! 

Remember if you find yourself in a large group split up! Diversify! 

Brett will start notes at 11:20 tomorrow. We will have been in touch so his notes come from Maria and myself.

The big pot luck cast party dinner is coming up a week from Sunday! Sign up list is in the green room and you can email Brett what your bringing. Ray’s lovely wife Viv will be at the Church to the your food into the kitchen and heat up what needs to be heated and keep cool what needs  to be cool! Drop your stuff off with her before you come to the green room!

You may come into the green room through Salt Fit, especially if it’s all snowy by the back door. Be respectful of the folks up there working out and be sure to knock the snow off your feet! 

Continue to park mindfully of the space. It may be tight due to plowed snow!
