Director Notes 11/23

Excellent rehearsal today! I want to thank  you all for staying so focused and getting so much done! Great job Tracey Greene for getting everyone in a costume! 

Now that you have all been in the green room you know just how important it will be to pick up after your self and keep the area neat and tidy! You also got an idea of how cold the gazebo can be so remember to keep your introductions brisk and layer your clothing!

A few reminders: 

If a merchant says “Your packages aren’t ready yet” thank them and leave the shop.

Look for the sponsor decals in the shop windows and visit and carol for our sponsors first!

Be aware of the time and be where you are scheduled to be when you are scheduled to be there!

Stay in groups of three. Look out for each other. Cross only at crosswalks and when the walk signal is lit!

You all really sound great! The music is kicking and awesome and I’m very happy! Put a little effort into learning your stuff so we can see your beautiful faces and hear your wonderful voices! Heads up!
