It is time for the Planning of the Cast Party Pot Luck!

The Party is at the United Methodist Church

26 Jordan St after the final day's activities on Sunday the 23rd.

Plan on dropping food off at the back kitchen door to the church which is accessed from the big public parking lot behind Doug's and Johnny Angels. Ray's wife Vivian will be there to receive you prior to Call time starting at 10:45 on the 23rd. 

If you are bringing items such as plates/cups/etc. and would like to drop them off this week-end bring them on Sunday to the green room. 

KIDS: Plan on having your parents pick you up at the church around 7:30.

You can bring a Main Dish, A beverage, A side Dish, Dessert, or Napkins/Cutlery/Plates/Bowls, etc.

Here are some guidelines for the pot luck:

• Avoid using peanut products.
• Think about labeling your dish, especially if it's hard to tell what is in it. This will help everyone who might have an allergy or intolerance to certain foods.
• Bring what you say you are going to bring.
• Don't drive yourself nuts trying to bring something awesome. Plates are just as useful at a potluck as an heirloom apple charlotte recipe or a perfect Christmas goose.
• No alcohol, please.
