Director Notes 12/13/10

Hi kids!
Only one weekend to go! I can't believe we are nearing the end of our season. You have all made me very proud! Thank you.

This Thursday is the Neighbors Helping Neighbors event at the Auburn Public Theater. I'll be at the green room at 3:00. the event starts at 4:00pm and we will be there till 5:00pm. Anyone who can come should come, it's fun!

Thursday night we'll be at Creekside Books from 7:00pm till 9:00pm. Come play if you want to! Guest performers are welcome!

Sunday is our pot luck cast party! Bring your dish to share to the old firehall Sunday morning, while you're parking, and Cathy or Viv will take it to set up at the new firehouse. the party is 4:30 till 6:30. No alcohol is permitted at the Firehouse. I want to thank Viv and Cathy for all their help with this!

If you are NOT able to come in on Christmas Eve you must turn in all costume pieces to Tracey on Sunday before you head up to the cast party! I expect everyone to be patient and pleasant. This process can take a few extra minutes but it is very important.

Christmas Eve, Friday 12/24 is a very special day. Many people have made a visit to Dickens on Christmas Eve a family tradition and that is because of the magic you create! We perform through the Revels and head in at 2:30. All costumes must be turned in neatly for Tracey and I to bring home. All personal belongings must be taken home so we can return the key to the green room. Then we head to the Sherwood for a lovely reception to finish things up! Your parents may join us there to pick you up. Thank you Mike and the Sherwood staff!
